The Fullerton Police have caught the attention of the hacker group "Anonymous" because of the brutal beating and killing of Kelly Thomas, a 37 year old homeless man. Anonymous has issued a cyber threat to t City of Fullerton and its police depart which will be carried out if certain demands aren't met. Watch the video below for more information:
