You read the blog entry title and think oh cool if I'm away from home I can use this hotspot.....right? Not exactly. This is more like making homeless people the hotspot. How can you make a homeless person a hotspot? I'm glad you ask. It's relatively easy according to Bartle Bogle Hegarty's BBH Labs; you simply strap the individuals with MiFi devices then people who want to use the network just pay a fee and that's all to it.
