Hello DDR4 DRAM

As the prices for DDR2 and DDR3 DRAM rapidly drop, the final touches have been put on DDR4 DRAM. Thanks to Samsung which actually completed development for the DDR4 DRAM module last month. The new modules use new circuitry which is the smallest used by Samsung yet. It boasts of improved operating speeds: try 1.6Gbit/sec to 3.2Gbit/sec on for size. According to Samsung, consumers can expect "twice the performance of DDR3 DRAM" and a reduction in power consumption by %40 for notebook users. You can read more about the price drop of DRAM here.
