HP's new netbook

HP is looking to turn heads with its new 11-inch ultra portable netbook that boasts the power of a notebook. The Pavilion DM1 notebook uses the AMD Brazos Fusion processor, which interestingly bundles a cpu with a graphics chip on one silicon wafer, and allows users to enjoy full 1080p hi-def video. You can expect the Pavilion DM1 to be available on January 9th (my birthday hint, hint) with a starting price of about $449*.

*The price of the Pavilion DM1 will depend on the type of configuration the user desires. You can take a peek at the specs here.
